EXSC 797R: Programming and Interfacing
Course Description
This course is desinged to provide students with an understanding of how to interface various instrumentation with computers. Students will also learn how to program using Microsoft Visual Basic to read, analyze, display, and export data.
Objectives
- Use various instrumentation (EMG, force, accelerometers, ...)
- Write programs to read, analyze, display, and export data.

Miniprojects
You will be required to write snippets of code to import, display, calculate, export, and automate data collections.
Term Project
You will complete a term project with the purpose of streamlining your data collection or analysis for your thesis or other project.
Grading
Grading will be based upon the quality of your final project and participation throughout the term.
